Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch products, all purchases are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Once your order has been processed, we cannot change it, including combining orders, modifying an order, or changing shipping details.

Allergies, Preferences & Patch Testing

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Be sure to review this list for any potential allergens before ordering. Quinn Texan Tallow is not responsible for adverse reactions to our products. We recommend conducting a patch test before using any product and introducing new items into your routine. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use for at least a week before reintroducing the product with another patch test. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us for advice.

While we understand that everyone has unique preferences for scents, textures, and colors, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, as the color of Tallow may naturally vary.

Our products contain no preservatives, additives, or chemicals. Please avoid adding water to the containers and store in a cool, dry place.


Shipping & Damaged Items

During warmer months, our tallow-based products may arrive in a melted or liquid state. By purchasing, you consent to this possibility. Simply place the product in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The product quality will remain intact despite any texture changes.
