2. Is your tallow grass-fed and sustainably sourced?

Yes! Our tallow is sourced from grass-fed, grass-finished cattle from Gentz Cattle Co. in Winnie, TX, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and ethically produced products.

3. How should I store my tallow products?

To maintain the integrity of our products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Avoid introducing water into the jars, as our products do not contain preservatives or chemicals.

4. What if my tallow arrives melted or in a liquid state?

During warmer months, our tallow-based products may melt during shipping. Simply place the product in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies again. The quality and benefits of the product will remain intact despite any changes in consistency.

5. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?

No, due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. However, if your parcel was damaged during shipping, please contact us at quinntexantallow@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.

6. What if I have an allergy or reaction to a product?

We provide a full ingredient list for each product. Please review the list carefully before purchasing to check for any allergens. We recommend performing a patch test before using new products. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use and contact us for assistance.

7. Can I customize or make changes to my order once it’s placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including combining orders or modifying shipping details.
